Layla Muriby

Layla Muriby is a passionate teacher and lifelong student of Islamic knowledge. She has spent her youth studying under Shaykh Mohamad Hamzawy of Al-Azhar, building a strong foundation. She continues to advance her studies at Darul Qasim and Qalam Institute, where she focuses on deepening her understanding of fiqh and tafsir.

Layla is dedicated to making Islamic education inspiring, relevant, and rooted in faith. Her teaching reflects a deep love for the deen and a desire to connect with students in a way that is both engaging and transformative. Alongside her commitment to Islamic studies, Layla is currently in her third year at the University of Texas at Dallas, pursuing a degree in Psychology a field that further enhances her ability to connect with and nurture the next generation.
