Overnight Camp Registration
1. Submit your payment through Zelle or by Check
** Non-refundable payment.

Please Note: All children 11 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

BEAM Student, Parent, & Sibling Price: $125 child/adult
Extended Family & Friends Price: $150 child/adult

Children 12 and up:​

BEAM Children 12 and up can join without parents, but their price will be an extra $25 for the chaperone fee. ($150/child or $175 with horseback riding), parents are responsible for coordinating the child’s ride to and from the camp.

Children of extended family & friends must be accompanied by an adult chaperone, even if they are above the age of 12.

Payment is due by October 28 to secure your spots.

Note: At this point, the BEAM campout will be catered to our BEAM families, their extended family, and friends, so people not affiliated with BEAM members are not able to register. If after registration closes on October 28th, there are remaining spots, registration will be open to the public.
